Michael Caldwell - Implementation Consultant

Michael has been involved in IT since 1989, working within the mainframe environment. Michael has developed good skills with SCO Unix and enjoys the technical side where he does Unix installations and technical support within Unix. Michael started working as a support consultant in 1992, where he focused his attention on installing, training and doing day-to-day support within the SYSPRO arena. Michael has completed many courses with SYSPRO and has extensive knowledge of SYSPRO and its underlying systems. Michael has always focused on the Financial and Distribution modules and his years of experience in these modules have proved invaluable to his clients when installing and maintaining SYSPRO. Before Michael left South Africa for the USA in 2003, he headed a team of fifteen consultants. He not only provided support to his customers, but also provided technical assistance to the consultants reporting to him.ldwell
